What Medicine Is Safe For Headache?

I am just diagnosed with anemia after a two week heavy period. I also just finished a 33 treatment plan of radiation therapy fo stage 1 breast cancer. I have a throbbing head ache. What pain medicine is safe to take? I am also taking slow e iron tablets 3 times a day.

Hi, first you require very good reason hydration plan with Oral fluids, Intra venous fluids. The chemotherapy and radiotherapy causes cellular dehydration is the main cause of headache. If required take only Paracetamol if liver function tests are normal. Opioid analgesics may be required. Take care.
