I am not sure what you mean by scratch. If it is hyperpigmented patches i.e. darker skin spots then there is really some good homeopathic medicines like Arsenic Album 30C taken weekly one dose can help you.
If you have not tried applying lemon juice on these spots then you should also try applying lemon juice.
