What Medicine Can Be Taken For A 8 Month Old Suffering From Fever And Urine Infection ?

hi my child is 8 month old , he is last 30 day suffring from fever , he take madicin he ok but madicin not taken so suffring fever blood and urine infection in blood and himogi 8.3 than doctor give aldinir 1.5 ml but my child not ok than change the doc dr,. give zifi 100 for seven days and investigation x-ray , blood ,urine ,mt,esr

Is the urine report documented .If the urine reports is suggestive of more than 5pus/hpf then defi he has a UTI for which he needs ZIFI (7-10mg/kg/d)in 2 divided dose.howevr becoz this is his first UTI we need to investigate him further like examine if he has phimosis if not then to get MCU micturating cystography for posterior urethral valves and also a USG abdo .If the child has systemic involment as in CBC counts gone high them maybe one needs to send Urine culture and maybe administer IV antibiotics .
