What Medicine Can I Take For Dark Spots After Pimples And Shaving?

Hello Doctor

I had some pimples o face (shaving area). As per my doctor I took some medicines (names I don't remember) ans the pimples were gone but there are dark spots on that area which are visible.



What can be done to get rid of there dark blck spots?

This is post infection hyper pigmentation. Infection is to be controlled. Coloration is due to formation of melanin. A sun screen lotion can be applied. Since sun ray enhances pigmentetion can apply calamine lotion over it. vitc can also be taken.
