What Medications Are Suggested For Pain Due To Osteoarthritis?

Hi there. I am 22 years old and has had osteoarthritis since 6-7 years back.
I made an Arthroscopy 6 years ago and an arthroscopy for 1 years ago where you see osteoarthritis in his right knee. I work as a nurse and will train me to Fireman. What can I do about pain?
I have been on pain killers, I have been training with a physiotherapist in two years, I have had cortisone in the knee. Nothing helps.
