Hi Imtiyaz ! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.
If I were your doctor, I would go for a routine and culture sensitivity test of your urine. If any infection is concluded, I would treat it which should solve your problem. In case of negative result, I would advise you to do some kind Keggler exercises (please consult your physiotherapist for the same), and also go for an
ultrasound of the
kidney,
ureter and bladder to exclude any organic problem.
In passing, I would like to draw your attention towards the social culture of passing urine in a squatting position, in which position, the
urethra is not straight, and few drops of urine stays back in the urethra itself. On standing up after passing urine, those few drops may again start dribbling out of urethra causing this trouble. In case this is the case, one has to get up after passing urine to see if few more drops comes out and then have a wash.
I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.
Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
