What Medical Tests Should Be Done For Severe Headaches?

I have continuous sinus infections, painful headaches, unexplained weight gain and hard time sleeping. My blood work is normal & recently had thyroid sonogram and sinus CT which were both normal. I never feel good. Should I see someone about my immune system and what kind of test can be done?

Hi,

You should have CT paranasal sinuses plus immunological tests such as complete blood count with ESR level for your paranasal infection, but if your CT brain is unremarkable then don't worry.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
