What measures can a young woman take to reduce weight ?

hello sir. am 21 years old weight is 99kg nd hight 5 5 .my problem is my weight.i want to reduce could i reduce it..plz give me some tips for reducing my weight?

Hi,aishu,thanks for query.
Weight loss is a mission,there are three important pillars of weight loss, one is diet control,second is regular exercise and third one is medicines are per the case.Please make a diet plan ,stick to it,be honest with your self,avoid junk food.Regular exercise of about 30 minutes/day at least days in a week is must.Please also look for reasons like hypothyroidism weight.Please talk to your doctor about this.You have to work continuously.No short term plans or crash diet will help.
