What May Be The Causes Of Eye To Puddle, Weep Or Water Often?

What may be some causes of my eye to Puddle, Weep or Water often. It happens a lot but on occasion not as much as other. I fully understand should I be tired, fatiqued or strained. But a lot of times I may not be. I would not say I have dry eye. Because only on occasion do I need drops

Normally the tear spread over cornea and makes a film.This goes out to nose. .If there is blockage in naso lacrimal duct then tear always comes out.This condition known as epiphora.This goes on till blockage is clear and the duct can be dialated and flushed.The water will to nose and down.The process can be repeated.
