What Made My Limbs Blotchy Red, Purplish And Ice Cold?

In matter of minutes my skin on legs, especially lower, arms, ahands, and feet become blotchy red and purplish. also my hands and feet become ice cold, especially my fingertips. I have random pain in random places but only when standing and it may or may not stay that way for up to 30mins but I don t believe no longer than an hour after I lay down.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having raynaud phenomenon.
My treatment advice is -
1. Wear wollen gloves to avoid severe episodes.
2. You need to go for investigations like complete blood count, ANA profile, CRP, ESR.
3. So consult a dermatologist for perfect diagnosis and further workup.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
