What Leads To Itchy Throat, Gag And Eye Watering?
I can be sitting here calmly and all of sudden, my throat will start itching to the point where I start to gag, my eyes start to water, and I have to spit. It usually stops after I spit, but sometimes it keeps going. It gets kind of rough at night, because I have to spit all the time. I have tried both sudafed and zyrtec.

Posg nasal drip is the disease mostly seen in allergic people. Allergen may be dust, pollens, animal dander, some perfumed products smell, any sharp pungent smell, abrupt change in environmental temperature, very hot or very cold temperatures, humidity above or below a certain level (In rooms normal humidity is 45-55, and 25 degree centigrade is normal temperature for you).
Avoid the allergen. No carpets, no pets inside the home. Keep cleanliness all around. In pillen season take care when going out.
Take Tablet Desloratadine twice a day by mouth.If you also feel short of breath, start with Montelucast sodium, and take for at least 6weeks. Ibuprofen if needed for mild fever, body aches and malaise.
If you feel above lifestyle changes and medicines are no more working for you consult your Pulmonologist or allergy control centre for proper evaluation and treatment according to the causative agent (allergen).
