What Is The Treatment Of Constipation And Stomach Cramps ?

Hi i havnt used the toilet for 6 days up to now and the pain is really bad and i can no longer stomach food. I have had this a few times before and tried the ex lax chocolate laxative and another over night relief laxative. None of these worked for me as i cant stand the cramps at night i need a laxative that will work for me within the hour or two so i can carry on with my day .

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history constipation for the last 6 days with abdominal cramping and laxatives like Chocolate laxative not working.
It looks that you have constipation and the that has caused the cramping in abdomen and the laxatives have added on the problems as they irritate the colon and small intestine.
I would advise you the following:
Go to ER or consult your PCP/Physician.
Get an X-ray of the abdomen to see whether the colon is loaded with fecoliths or not.
If the colon is loaded, you will need an enema to get the relief.
You may also need further evaluation in the form of colonoscopy and Ct scan of the abdomen if some cancer is suspected or your age is more than 35 years.
