dear dr,, i dont want to open my name n want to know that my wife is having vitiligo since last 18 years we have used all treatment available in india,,oraly by uvb,,narrow band ,,puva etc,, but it is not goinf to stop.we have taken advices of all good dr of india even dr pasricha delhi,, i want to know can cosmetic surgery may help us. please try to forward my this message to all doctors of world that in my view it is worst disease of world ,,more dangerous than heart or daibitic or cancer problem,,because it sffect all family member of life.we are 3 member in my famliy me my wife n my daughter 18 years old,, we are living but like a dead family due to VITILIGO
