Suggest Remedies For Recurring Grove's Disease On Forehead
Question: I had this once before but I think I now have a recurrence of Grovers appearing on my forehead. Is there really not much to do about this annoying skin condition?

Sorry for my incompetence but can not upload pictures for you. Same small dry lesions wfphich itch a little that I had on my chest last year. They were diagnosed as Grovers., I tried some steroid lotion which did nothing. After 3 months they disappeared but was told they could reoccur. Now, they have appeared on the forehead. What the heck is Grivers and what causes the inflammation ?

This can frequently relapse.
It's important to avoid states that contribute to it's relapse.
Sweating can precipitate such rash.Hence its important to keep cool and avoid excess physical activity.
Topical steroids can be effective when taken in required doses.
Consider PUVA therapy for frequently relapsing and resistant rash.
