Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Urinary incontinence is unable to hold pressure. During the delivery time, there may be an injury to the nerve which causes urinary incontinence. And urine report shows mild infection as evidenced by pus cells in the urine and nitrate positive indicates the presence of bacteria. My suggestion is please consult a gynecologist and get treated for UTI (urinary tract infections) and also for incontinence.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Siddartha
