What Is The Treatment For Sore Gums That Feels Like Canker Sore?
I have really sore gums I can't see any inflammation it feels like how cankers sore feel. It hurts right down in the front of my mouth by my gums. I tried anbesole but didn't help. Any other suggestions I had this before and used salt water and it went away but not this time.

Canker sores occur due to physical or chemical trauma i would suggest you to get a checkup done to determine the cause.
Apply antiseptic and analgesic cream over the lesion topically.
Also take lukewarm saline rinses 3-4 times a day.
Avoid hot spicy and junky foodstuffs.
