What Is The Treatment For Small Bumps In The Anus?

i have some small unpainful bumps stemming from my anus to my vagina. I was diagnosed with genital herpes about six months ago so right when i noticed the bumps i called the hospital and asked them for a refill on my valtrex. i finished my third and final day of the valtrex last sunday and i have not had any clearup. yesterday i developed a rash under my breasts on my ribs that did not last all day. i am wondering if i could have yeast infection?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Swelling near the genital may be nonspecific, but it has to be kept under observation if this increases in size, then it has to be ruled out for cold abscess, actually, clinical examination is the option to get the exact picture.

For other symptoms of rash, it may not be a yeast infection, but it could be some allergic rash, and it is nothing to worry for that because most of the time it is self-limiting may not need any treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
