What Is The Treatment For Red Itchy Watery Eyes?

I think I burnt my eyes in the tanning bed because I accidently forgot to wear googles. Its been about 12 hours since I went tanning. There red, ichy, and watering. Should I make an appointment to see an eye doctor as soon as possible of will this go away?

it might have effected your cornea.repeated washing with fresh water isbrequered. take levocetrizine 5 mg tablet daily. cromal eye drop may be applied 3times daily. it should improve, if not then get it examined by eye doctor
