What Is The Treatment For Recurrent Perirectal Abscess?

I have a recurring perirectal abscess. I have had it drained 6 timmes and want to know if there is a way to prevent this from happening again.my specialist said he needs to see me when symptoms first occur but before it becomes an abscess,so he can find the track of where the bacteria is entering the skin ..this is almost impossible because by the time I get an appointment it has already become an abscess.. should I go see another specialist and is there a way to stop this? please help me

- Control of systemic issues as diabetes or others
- Avoidance of smoking , alcohol
