hi! i was recently exposed to someone with shingles and now i have a rash on both my forearms which started about 4 days ago and is seemingly worse. it burns and itches. i also have sneezing and runny nose with a headache. i am also itchy on my legs somewhat, but not really anywhere else. Could this be chickenpox? i am 39, my mom cannot remember me ever having chickenpox. thank you! lori
