hi doctor..i hv intercourse wit my wife twice a week..but the problem is i start hving intercourse with in 2 mins ill get white discharge and get pain thn suddenly i take out my penis out from her vargina. why is that so..and can my wife get preganant

Pain and urethral discharge apart from ejaculation are the symptoms of some underlying infection. Apparently you are suffering from prostatitis (infection of prostatic gland). In such illness there is painful discharge from urethra. It is a kind of male genital tract infection which should be treated with care. It happens due to entry of pathogen (bacteria/virus etc) through urethra, which ascends further to reach prostate. At prostate, it gets colonized. Main reason for this infection is multiple sexual partner or anal intercourse.
Apart from painful discharge from urethra there may be fever, burning sensation during micturation and weakness.
You must consult a urologist who may advise you to get urine culture and post-prostatic massage swab culture to identify the pathogen. You may need to continue antibiotics for 02 to 03 weeks for complete cure.
As you told that you could not impregnate your wife, Prostatitis may be one the cause of it. The Chances of getting your wife pregnant is high after completion of therapy.
Even after therapy, if you experience pre-mature ejaculation, you may consult a psychiatrist, but get your infection treated first. The condition is treatable and you will be fine soon. I wish you all the best.
