Hello,
I read your concern carefully.
The treatment you are taking is correct but before trying to concieve you have to check the TSH level in order to see if the actual dose (50mcg) is the proper one.
It is very important to try to get pregnant only after the TSH level results to be Regarding to metformine it helps to lower the insuline resistance and you have to stop it once you get pregnant.
The most important is to loose weight ( if you are overweight) and the menstrual cycle should be regular to have ovulation.
Clomid should be started by a specialist after you have tried for pregnancy for some months and it has resulted negative.
Hope the information will help.
Kind regards
Dr.Mirjeta
