What Is The Treatment For Itchiness In The Penis?
My penis has been itching under the foreskin for the past week. I do not believe it is an STD because I have not been sexually active and I am confident that my hygiene is good. I have put hydrocortisone under the foreskin in an effort to relieve the itch.

The fungal balanitis also can be possible because itching present.
So additionally apart from steroid you can use antifungal cream also to be applied over that.
Wear loose, cotton undergarment.
If no improvement than consult nearby dermatologist for detailed evaluation
