Hello sir, good evening, I swapnil form India, I am 30 year old, having BP and it is under control after taking olmy 20, but after that I am suffering for Gas and acidity problem I was shown lot of doctor for this issue, if I was suffering for acidity & Gas problem, pain below chest, right side left side and body zulisis

Hello,

Possible cause is stress-induced gastritis with or without ulcer. Best modalities to recover faster
- Avoid stress, anxiety which are the major provocative factors.
- Drink plenty of liquids.
- Avoid all sorts of spices, oily, nonveg stuff.
- Regular exercises should be part of daily work out.
- Manage to have sound regular sleep of eight hours.
- Avoid smoking, alcohol if using.
- Take PPI or another antacid as per the advice of your doctor.
