Hello dear,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.If you would have presented to me as an outpatient,I would have made the following clinical explanation-
Diffuse heaviness in head, neck and back may result from spondylotic changes as well as 'Tension type headache(TTH) variant' in common clinical practice.Though TTH causing pain in lower back is uncommon, but again it may occur.
Approaching this problem,it is essential to rule out cervical spondylotic changes in spine, which have been found in your case. So,antineuralgics medicines like pregabalin, amitriptyline along with methylcobalamin should be taken.Simultaneously, regular physiotherapy is must to show improvement.

TTH can overlap with cervical spondylosis.Since you have not derived enough response,so I would suggest you to start taking amitriptyline (under guidance of your physician)which will act as antineuralgic as well as will take care of TTH.Simultaneously, please do regular physiotherapy.I hope it will bring improvement.Hope it helps.
