What Is The Treatment For Fatigue, Nausea And Headaches?

I have been experiencing episodes of extreme fatigue, nausea, headaches, uneasiness, and hotness after eating. At this point I am scared to eat anything. My appetite has decreased because of it, I feel like my face is completely drained and my body is heavy. I also have not had a period for almost 2 years without the help of medication.

Thank you for choosing HCM

I think that you have a migraine. A migraine is a recurrent headache which occurs due to a trigger factor. Examples of these trigger factors are:
Cold
Fevers
Infections
Sunlight

It is possible that the migraine and the symptoms of uneasiness and also the heatiness are connected. In some people, there is an increase in body temperature as they try to digest food or fatty food they have eaten. There is also a chance that you have a headache because of this.

I recommend that you get checked up for the following tests:
Complete blood count
Thyroid tests
Liver function tests

If these come back negative, then you can try the following therapy to help you:
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Drink lots of water
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Eat meals at regular times

These are mostly lifestyle changes that will help you. Follow up after 7 days. All the best.
Hope this helps you
