What Causes Pain In Abdomen And Back When Diagnosed With Chlamydia?

Hi I am experiencing upper abdominal and lower abdominal pain, back pain, fatigue, nausea, dizziness and a discharge. And I was diagnose with Chlamydia a few weeks ago and had done the treatment. Could this be a sign of it getting worse instead of better.

Hi.

Most of the symptoms can be seen with an STD, but as the discharge needs further examination I would recommend a retesting to check on chlamydia and if the medications were effective or not. I do not think these are signs of it getting worse as some of these symptoms can last for a while even after completion of the medications and even be side effects of the antibiotics. Be calm and just report to your treating doctor once again.

Best wishes.
