my son bitten bour dog 2 years ago and was cure by giving anti rabbies IV, today he was nail scatch w/ a clean 8months old dog but still didnt have the anti rabbies vaccine,. do we still need to go to the dorctor now or the injction that we have 2years ago is still valid ?

Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. The injection which is given two years before is not valid now. You have to take anti rabies vaccine now also. Immunoglobulin won't be needed as it is domestic dog and just scratch. Wash the area thoroughly with antiseptic soap and water and approach your doctor for anti rabies vaccine.
