What Is The Treatment For Depression?

suffering from depression for last 15 months.taken serta25 mg, mirtaz7.5 for 12months but not benifitted.consulted another dr who advised wakalert150mg,paxidep12.5,vibrania.after taking medicines for last 10 daysi have slight headache.Also suffering from diabetese ,blood pressure ,both are under control.Pl advise whether this treatment is ok any further advise .I am also having problem in sleep

In depression, you need antidepressant and antidepressants usually take time to show response. You can carry on with same drug and that would help you to control depressive symptoms. You can also try some benzodiazepine like clonazepam or zolpidem for sleep. Better to consult a psychiatrist for proper management plan and in case, you need further help, you can ask.
