Hi

You seem to have developed cellulitis of the leg.
This is basically an infection on the soft tissue.
You need to take proper care of the area. Keep the leg raised as much as possible so as to prevent any further swelling.
You might need a course of oral antibiotics along so as to bring the infection under control.
I would suggest that you should see a local dermatologist for confirmation of the diagnosis and thereby further management .
