What Is The Treatment For Congestive Heart Failure?

My mother has congestive heart failure caused by a flapping valve on the left ventricle. They stabilized her after and inserted a pacemaker. She appears to be stable for about three months. Her heart rate is usually about 45BPM and her blood pressure is good lately. She is 84, lean, with a clear mind, active and still drives. Her CHF symptoms have disappeared. I have added COQ10 and a heart healthy diet to her daily routine. Is it possible that she can live into her 90's if she is stable?
