What Is The Treatment For Back Pain?
hello I have a cridical back my 4 and 5 is gone disk and facet cant be fixed the dr. gives spine block injections every few weeeks and 30mg morphine my back steel about kills me what can I ask him to give me give that will work better it also feels like a hard rock. can you help. 24 t0 7 pain I rock back and forth in pain and have for years. I can hardly stand it at times iam not a drug searcher I need some releaf. can you help or call my dr. and recamend something better.

Treatment of back pain is exercises ,Cartisafe D once daily,NUROKIND GOLD ONCE DAILY and analgesics (diclofenac 100mgSR). Sometimes vitamin D deficiency is the cause so get your vitamin D checked .If it is low then vitamin D supplementation(Bon DK 60K weekly with milk) can be taken.Avoid long continuous sitting .Sit in a straight posture.Eat milk, fruits and green leafy vegetables daily.
