What Is The Treatment For A Neck Pain?
I have severe pain in my upper spine and neck which carries on into my right arm to my elbow. I have had X-rays and scans and all I am given is coddein based pain killers and anti inflamataries i am also told to work through the pain but it at times seems to block out everything. All I ma told is that my spine is crumbling? Is there anything I can do to help myself ?

I would recommend performing a cervical spine MRI and discussing with a spine surgeon about surgery.
Meanwhile, I would recommend holding a cervical collar and taking Pregabaline or gabapentine for the chronic management of the pain.
