What Is The Suggested Medicine For Bruised Left Chin?

I banged my lower left chin on Saturday when strong winds blew my car s window into it. No puncture. Ugly bruise! As today (Tuesday) progressed, it became painful to turn my neck to the right. Swallowing is also painful unless I hold my head up high. What s going on? What can I do to recuperate? Many thanks!

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having heavy impact on your face causing heavy strain on neck muscles went into spasm giving rise this problem.
Take NSAID medicine with muscle relaxant medicine for 2-3 days.
Apply ice pack 2-3 times a day for 2-3 days.
Ok and take care.
