What Is The Solution Or Blurry Eye Sight After Suffering From Psychosis Symptoms?

Hi, I was on the street homeless without sleep or much food for a month. I was psychotic and off my psychosis medication. one night wandering the streets my vision started to blur, and every since then its blurry. sometimes it gets very blurry at others its a little bit clearer. recently I entered a mental hospital because I started believing I could read peoples thoughts and wen under stress I felt like they were telling me to hurt myself from mind to mind. and my heart felt like it was going to stop. these sever psychosis symptoms all started after that fatefull two months on the street. how could I help myself with the blurry vision, surgery? drops? or is it unchangeable. as for the psychotic symptoms I have stabilized on better medication
