What Is The Solution For Soreness And Swelling After A Fall?
I slip and fell at work.. I fell really hard on my righish side right below my butt. It is sore to the lightest touch. I also there is about a 3 inch line over the painful are that is slightly swollen. It has been 36 hours since the accident and there is no bruising but is still really painful. What do i do?

Sorry to hear about this fall and the soreness. The best thing to do is to get some pain medications for this. If you have no problems taking Ibuprofen/Tylenol, try taking them as recommended by your physician to relief these pains. Also, applying ice packs to this area would also be helpful.
