I am 67, atheletic and have a pain in my left sholder that can radiate across my chest. I thought it might have been becasue of certain gym exercises that i may have overdone. It has been pesisiting for over a week but not of the same intensity. I think it unlikely to be haeart related as i have a current pilots medical clearence .. but I must say I am somewhat windy? chow i am six foot 13 stone .had a dvt three years go
