What Is The Right Time To Have Sex To Conceive While Having PCOS?

hi, Iam having pcos and 36 years old. i got married 5 months back. now I am trying for pregancy.
as advised by the doctor i went for follicular tracking on my 11th day.that time the follicular size was 2.3cm on 13th day by pm they have given me the injection for rapture. when is the right time to have intercourse to get pregnant. Iam early waiting for my pregnancy. kindly advice.

Hi,

You have PCOD and undergone ovarian follicle study at 13th day. You have 2.3 cm size ovarian follicle. It will release good quality egg and high chance of pregnancy. You already took injection. Usually effect of injection is seen within 24 hours and follicle will rupture in next 24 hours. So you must have to do sex in next 24 hours after injection. You can also do sex next 3-4 days to become pregnant. Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water, maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
