my 2 year old son hit the right side of his head on concrete wwhile playing in playground ,there is a bump on his head. he is acting normal like he always do,should i worry or take him to the e.r?

Hello,
If your son complains of Headache, Vomiting, Loss of consciousness or Drowsiness you should take him to a doctor and get a brain imaging done. If he is alert and active and does not complain of any of the above symptoms he should be doing fine.
