Hi,
Alzheimer is a cognitive impairment disorder. If diagnosed recently should probably be early stages. It requires regular medication in early stages, and in late stages, caregiver support might be necessary
Medications are available to improve cognition, thereby having a better life style.
If you have started taking synthroid recently, all your symptoms can be explained based on reduced thyroid hormone levels. Once it improves you should be able to take care of yourself. However, you should never stop taking synthroid.
Along with it nutritious diet, and mild exercise (once you are able to walk) should be helpful.
Avoid activities like driving, walking in dim lit areas or wet areas and also walking alone away from home
All your tests appear to be near normal. A repetition might be necessary once your thyroid level improves.
Hope I have answered your query. Any further queries, happy to help.
