What Is The Reason For The Severe Anxiety, Chest Pain, Bad Headaches And Choking Feeling?

I am having what feels like severe anxiety. I have had chest pains, bad headaches on my right side, a choking feeling like I can't breathe, and just this very anxious, jittery, nervous-like feeling. I am also having a hard time focusing my mind. I can't seem to concentrate, can't follow through with a thought, and I just feel nervous and anxious. I am also sleeping VERY lightly and once I wake up for any reason, I can't seem to go back to sleep.

Dear sir

These symptoms are typical of adrenergic outburst, which occurs due to sudden onset of anxiety
1. Adrenaline
2. Noradrenaline
3. Cortisol
4. Dopamine

These causes increase in heart rate, choking feeling, palpitations, etc

Check for diurinal variation of blood pressure measure blood pressure in sitting and lying position, as variTions in the blood pressure cause headache

Secondly control stress, consulting your doctor once, there are so many ways like yoga and medicines

Thanks
