What Is The Reason For Sudden Episodes Of Stuffy Nose And Difficulty Breathing?
I have times during the day where I feel fine then my nose feels stuffy I become very aware of my breathing almost like I have to physically make myself breath and I feel heavy and oppressed . This can last sometimes for an hour or more than for no reason I feel completely normal like something has been lifted off me I can breath normal .This happens without warning and at any time.

these are allerges as when exposed to allergen there is stuffiness with inflamation of resp system mucosa casusing breathing difficulity
need to use anti allergic tabs syp bronchodilator syp
apply neomycin h ointment in nose bd with sea water 2 drop at night each nose
but consult allergy specialist to find the cause of allergy and treat
