Welcome to of periods needs to be established along with ovulation without which you cannot get pregnant naturally. Please consult a doctor regarding the irregular menses-you will be asked to undergo a series of tests from ultrasound pelvis to see if your ovaries are normal, endometrium is normal etc...then blood tests like thyroid profile, sugar profile, blood profile etc,,need to be done .Bleeding post intercourse can be due to local reasons like cervical polyp or infection etc.
