What Is The Reason For Having Vibration Feeling In Middle Of Chest?

hi i am 25 years old , female. I weigh 62 kg and my height is 159 cm. Since last week, I keep feeling uncomfortable in the middle of my chest. specifically at my trachea and leading to the chest. it feels like it s vibrating or something. I dont smoke, never take alcohol, and dont have asthma. help please

The main cause of vibration in the chest are:
anxiety
cardiac problems(most common premature atrial contraction or premature ventricular contraction)
esophageal spasm
diaphragmal or muscular chest myoclonus
overactive thyroides
Adapting a calm lifestyle, avoiding substance like caffeine and understanding the problem goes a long way to lowering anxiety(most common cause) and making the feeling subside.
