Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that he has either the pain of the facialmuscles, or gastritis due to the medicines used for the fever.
I advise you to give him attractive foods, with out spices. give him more water to drink.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms dicyclomine hydrochloride, and domperidone drops, in very little doses.
Give him more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to have a fast recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
