What Is The Reason For Abdominal Pains Considering CT Scan Of Abdomen, Pelvis Were Normal, EKG, Heart Cath Normal?

L Upper and Lower abdominal pains times one and one half month, normal CT scan of abdomen and pelvis,

abdominal pains radiated into L chest/ ie heart, admitted to hospital for ischemia on EKG, had heart cath, normal coronaries.

Have seen Urologist, and Gastroenterologist and surgeon, have uncomfortable pains in L abdomen all the time, effecting my work and quality of Life..Any ideas.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have peptic ulcer, may be due to the H pylori, irritant foods, or anxiety.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment. you may need to have gastroscopy for diagnosis .
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts,and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
