Hello
Once you have diagnosed with high blood pressure you need to control your blood pressure either by taking regular medicines or by life style modifications and it should be maintained below high normal limit which could be 140/90 mm of Hg.

I would like further information to help you better like
Your age and recording of blood pressure
Presence of any associated risk factor like high cholesterol or family history of high blood pressure

In my opinion you should not skip even a single dose without consulting with your doctor, it can be dangerous.
You should avoid alcohol and smoking
Exercise regularly like brisk walking jogging or swimming
You must avoid fatty fried and junk food
You can also do yoga and meditations for restoration of optimum health.

Thanks and regards
