Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The interpretation of semen analysis report is as follows:
1. The physical characters: appearance, liquefaction, viscosity, and pH are all within normal limits.
2. The sperm concentration is low. The normal sperm concentration should be at least 20 million/mL. In your case, it is only 6 million/mL.
3. The motile sperms are also low. Normal sperm motility should be at least 50%.
4. There is the presence of red blood cells and epithelial cells. However, no bacteria or pus cells are detected.

Thus, there is no infection but sperm concentration and sperm motility both are low.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja P Wahal
