Hello Sunil
thank you for posting your query on HCM
Once a stone is formed in the urinary tract there is always a chance for the stone to develop again. this is because a nidus is needed for stone formation. Once formed it is difficult to eradicate.
Currently you are having a small stone in the mid region of the kidney. It is about 4mm in size and currently it is not causing any obstruction. However, it can increase in size and cause obstruction to the urine flow. So, it needs a prompt treatment.
Regarding your problem of recurrence of the stone, firstly it is important to determine the chemical constituents of the stone.
This is important because certain stones occur in acidic urine and others in alkaline urine.
This information helps one to tailor the medications.
In stones which are formed in acidic urine require agents which make the urine alkaline.
Stones which are formed in alkaline urine require agents which acidify the urine.

Regarding your query of fatty liver, firstly you should know in what conditions fatty liver occurs.
Fatty liver means accumation of fats in the liver cells.
This is an reversible condition and can be reversed once the causative agent is removed.
It occurs secondary to alcohol intake, diabetes mellitus, obesity, starvation and malnutririon.

In case you take alcohol, you should stop its intake and also get blood glucose levels done to rule out diabetes mellitus.

Take care
