Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This sounds to be a urinary infection from various reasons. There are various reasons for the renal pelvicalyceal system fullness as calculus in the urinary system or tumor or others.

I recommend undertaking a CT scan of abdomen & pelvis and consult
with report.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
